Where to write

[email protected] — support, reports, corrections, privacy requests and press. There is no second channel.

We do not run a phone line, and we do not do support over social media accounts. If an account somewhere claims to be PeachCam Live support, treat it as fake — see the last section.

What to include

Most messages get answered in one reply if they contain four things:

  • What you were doing — starting a room, paying for something, reporting a person.
  • What you expected, and what happened instead.
  • Device and browser — iPhone/Safari, Android/Chrome, Windows/Edge, and so on.
  • Roughly when it happened, with your timezone.

A screenshot helps for anything visual. For a report about another person, tell us when the room happened rather than sending a recording — recording people is against the rules and we would have to act on that too.

What we can help with

  • Access problems: camera permissions, restricted accounts, rooms that will not connect.
  • Reports about behaviour in a room, including ones you only remembered later.
  • Payments: something charged that did not arrive, or a refund request under the terms.
  • Privacy requests about your own data, handled under the privacy policy.
  • Corrections to anything written on this site — including this page.

What we cannot do

Being upfront about the limits saves everyone a round trip.

  • We cannot put you back in touch with someone you met in a room. Rooms are not recorded and are not stored, so there is nothing to look up — and even if there were, handing out one person's details to another is not something we would do.
  • We cannot give you a case-by-case outcome for a report you filed. Reports are reviewed and acted on, but reporting back on individual accounts would be both a privacy problem and easy to game.
  • We cannot filter who you get matched with. No such control exists.

What to expect

Mail is read by the same small team that runs moderation, so replies come from a person rather than a ticket robot. Access and payment problems get looked at first. Reports are acted on whether or not you get a reply about them.

If someone claims to be us

We will never ask for your password, a verification code, or a payment sent outside the site.

Nobody from PeachCam Live will contact you first asking for account details, ask you to move a conversation to another app to “verify” something, or request a transfer to a personal wallet or card. Anything doing those things is not us, whatever name it uses. Forward it to [email protected] and we will take a look.
