5. Is anything recorded, and what happens when someone misbehaves?
Two people on camera only works if neither can quietly keep a copy. Check whether recording is prohibited, and whether there is a way to end a room and report without explaining yourself first.
How to check: The community guidelines should say it plainly. If you cannot find them in two clicks, that is the answer.
Why the first check does most of the work
Everything else follows from whether both cameras run. A room with two live feeds cannot hold an audience, has nothing to tip, and has no performer to pay by the minute — the business model and the etiquette both fall out of the format. A room with one feed inherits the opposite set of defaults no matter what the homepage promises.
That is also why the word gets stretched: cam2cam describes a technical arrangement, and a technical arrangement is easy to claim and easy to disprove. Ten seconds of looking is worth more than any feature list, including this one.
